The Wackness is a film that goes back in time to the Summer of 1994. The place is New York City, where recently elected Mayor Rudolph Giuliani is starting to crack down on crimes like graffiti and loud radios. Josh Peck plays a marajuana-dealing teen who trades his wares for therapy sessions with a psychiatrist played by Ben Kingsley. The film opens in theaters on July 3rd.
