Jeff Excell, Jeff Knight, and Ryan Fly drunkenly threw their plastic chairs into the Arno River while they studied abroad in Italy. In the commotion of high fives, they came up with the name Chairs In The Arno, and created a band with adorably layered guy/girl vocals and sunshiney fun IDM music.

Broadway star Idina Menzel is releasing her new album I Stand today. To celebrate the release, she will be on The Today Show and appear at Virgin Records in Time Square. Menzel is perhaps best known for her role in Rent, and most recently she appeared on the Beowulf soundtrack.
