Jeff Excell, Jeff Knight, and Ryan Fly drunkenly threw their plastic chairs into the Arno River while they studied abroad in Italy. In the commotion of high fives, they came up with the name Chairs In The Arno, and created a band with adorably layered guy/girl vocals and sunshiney fun IDM music.
