Based on Nobel Prize-winning author Gabriel García Márquez’ novel and adapted by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Ronald Harwood, Love in the Time of Cholera is one of the world’s most romantic stories. The drama traces the Job-like vigil of Florentino Ariza, who waits for more than half a century to claim the hand of Fermina Daza, the woman he loves. Directed by Mike Newell, and featuring a talented cast that includes Javier Bardem, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Benjamin Bratt, John Leguizamo, Giovanna Mezzogiorno, Hector Elizondo, and Liev Schreiber, Love in the Time of Cholera is scheduled for a November 16th release.
