Greg Summerlin has always been a fan of The Who, but after purchasing the remixed and remastered CD of Tommy, he became obsessed with the album. Around that time, he woke up in the middle of the night and started writing one of the tracks of his upcoming release, All Done In Good Time: The Life and Times of Polly Shields, and the story line and characters of the album were formed.
