They Shoot Horses Don’t They? is back with its trademarked post-punk/post-circus sound. Coming off the success of 2006’s Boo Hoo Hoo Boo, the Vancouver 8-piece gives us Pick Up Sticks, an album full of oompa horns and whirling, driving guitars all wrapped up under the peculiar charm of the band’s lyrics.
