The Wachowski brothers are adaptingthe 1960’s classic Japanese animation Speed Racer into a live-action film. The film will be in theaters in early May next year, and it stars Emile Hirsch (Alpha Dog) in the roll of the title character. Here’s a clip of him talking about being cast in the film:
